Procedural 3D model, Houdini
This was my first Houdini project, one of my goals was to generate not just interesting shapes, but also clean geometry.
The Houdini asset generates procedural guns.
The starting point is the bullet, which determines the gun caliber, all parts are adjusted to fit the bullet size. Parameters like receiver, magazine capacity, revolver or cartridge, barrel length etc are randomized and can also be adjusted manually.
The models in the gallery are all generated using the same asset.
